We offer a FREE delivery service to UK within 1 - 8 working days on ready made items, bespoke and made to order items will take longer.

 

The majority of items are delivered by a contracted courier company. The courier company will contact you 1 - 2 days prior to the delivery to confirm delivery day.

 

Delivery Guide

Please read the full information below prior to placing the order. 

  1. Customer places the order
  2. Order is dispatched to our in-house manufacturers or courier service
  3. Delivery is booked into a route
  4. Customers will receive a phone call or text from our courier service to confirm delivery date 24-48 hours prior
  5. Driver will call at least 15-30 minutes prior to the delivery to ensure you are at home.
  6. IF YOUR POSTCODE IS NOT LISTED BELOW, DELIVERY IS BETWEEN 1 - 8 WORKING DAYS depending on item

 

Delivery & Assembly Service

All deliveries are to the MAIN COMMUNAL DOOR OF THE BUILDING. The couriers will NOT be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.

 

Installation £60.00 - £80.00 If all customers could ensure that the previous bed/sofa has been dismantled for our team to fit your new bed/sofa as our team are not responsible for dismantling old bed/sofa. Due to health & safety we do not offer the option to take away your old bed/sofa

We are unable to provide delivery to the following areas:

Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands including Jersey & Guernsey, other offshore islands including the Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned to us without their original packaging will be inspected, if we deem that your packaging is not appropriate for transit, we may make a deduction where the inappropriate packaging or unreasonable handling has diminished the value of the products.

 

A 25% cancellation charge will apply if you have opened and used the product (per item). If it has not been opened then a restocking fee will apply depending on product for each item.

 

Any item that has been opened or not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible, although there are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. Please contact us for further information.

 

Any bespoke or made-to-order item is non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

 

However, any bespoke or made-to-order items may be eligible for exchange if a product is delivered in a damaged condition. Please contact us for more information.

  

Please Note:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the order is placed correctly.

In order to cancel or amend an order, we require notice within 2 days of the original order date, according that your item has not been sent to Courier service.
